If “History repeats” politicians are asking why do we need more than one lesson?

With schools colleges and universities facing tough financial problems following the COVID 19 lockdown, tough questions are having to be asked of the education system.

One of which is why do we all need more than one lesson if history really does repeat itself?

Professor Pearson of the Institute of The Hitherto Blindingly Obvious added that was not an actual fact more of a saying. That does not mean that it will not be used as a justification by the Government for cutting History Teacher numbers in the near future.

‘People who do not know about history cannot draw parallels with what is happening politically at the current time.’ Added Professor Pearson. ‘It could be argued that some Governments like an ill-informed electorate.’

‘Of course if there are no history teachers, who will tell us about the history teachers and what they did?’

Losing so many history teachers could also have a catastrophic effect on the corduroy industry of the country.
