Under new rules, drivers with dreamcatchers in the window are to be arrested for driving without due care and attention.

According to s spokesperson from the Department For Transport, ‘If you feel that it is likely that you might need a dreamcatcher in a car, it is reasonable to assume that you are planning on falling asleep at some point. This is simply not acceptable.’
